- Over 35 years working with a number of Egyptian and multi-national accounting and auditing firms such as: Hazem Hassan & Co, KPMG International, Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu Intl (DTTI)-Saudi Arabia.
- Directs the overall audit function of Americana Group companies, involved in transaction services including Local/International Acquisitions, Due Diligence, and Fraud Investigation.
- Participates in group corporate strategy development, decision making, and group restructuring.
- Improves the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management, control & governance processes, performing efficient accounting and internal audit procedures, and SWOT & process analysis.
- Engaged in setting measures for fraud prevention and detection, preparing and reviewing US tax returns.
- Delivers and lectures training courses.

- Authorized trainer at both AUC and EBI, among other reputable agencies.
- Certified Board Member (EIOD).
- Obtained a Mini MBA course.
- Delivered training courses throughout the region including Dubai, Jordan, and KSA.
